If you lose your username and password, we will try to help you locate them, but we will need to see a copy of your CCBill receipt that confirms your subscription. If you did not receive a CCBill subscription confirmation by email, then you were probably not charged by CCBill yet. Cut and paste a copy of your CCBill receipt into the message box below, include all requested information, and click the Submit button.

If you subscribed and created a username and password to access the site and cannot access it, please fill out the form below and include your name, subscription ID, e-mail address, and a cut-and-paste copy of your CCBill receipt in the message box. CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: You can cancel your subscription through CCBill by clicking here. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment. If you do not cancel your subscription in time, you are responsible for any new payments that are billed to you after the trial or monthly period ends.
